You can go to the website for the entire system (which with some system changes covers late 19th century to now in terms of naval warfare across a lot of products) here: They have a point, in that you're not buying a game at all, but into a system that you keep adding to over time. Some people are balking at this price point and that it's not a complete game. All told you can get all 5 for a little less than $100. Which right now cover the ships and aircraft of the USSR/Russia and the USA across 4 separate books. Like the rest of the products, after this, you have to purchase the Data Annexes which have the actual unit data separate. This is *just* the rules that cover the years on the cover. So to set some things straight that I see in the comments here.
